Mr. Ghaith al-Omari, former advisor to the Palestinian negotiating team during the 1999–2001 permanent-status talks. Former executive director of the American Task Force on Palestine. Currently a senior fellow in The Washington Institute for Near East Policy where his research focuses on Palestinian politics, Jordanian politics and peace diplomacy and he is a regular media commentator on these and other regional topics. In addition to policy research, Ghaith regularly appears at American university campuses advocating for a civil, constructive dialogue about the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

Ghanem Nuseibeh was born in Jerusalem and educated in the UK. He belongs to the oldest Arab family in Jerusalem who have been custodians of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre for centuries. Ghanem is a political and economic consultant with business interests in the Middle East and Europe. Besides his professional work, he has been engaged in interfaith dialogue for over two decades, and is currently Chairman of the UK’s Muslims Against Antisemitism. He is a Trustee of the British Friends of Neve Shalom Wahat Al Salam and Patron of UK anti-extremism charity Faith Matters. Ghanem is an acknowledged expert on the Middle East and was formerly a Senior Visiting Fellow at King’s College London and a Network Fellow at the Harvard University Edmond J Safra Center for Ethics. He has homes in Jerusalem, London and Dubai.
